Terms of Service

The service is provided by LANTRAVEL LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. We sell travel eSIM data plans as a reseller: local carriers run the network, and we source profiles through a telecoms supplier.

All plans are data only — no phone number, no calls, no SMS.

Validity starts when the profile first connects to a network, not on the purchase date, unless the plan says otherwise.

• Your device supports eSIM. Most iPhones from 2018 on, Google Pixel and recent Android flagships do — but not all.
• Your device is not carrier-locked.
• Your destination is within the plan's stated coverage.

You can check both before buying, so neither is grounds for a refund.

Register with an email and password, or sign in with Google or Apple. Guest checkout creates an account from your email but without a password — use "forgot password" to set one.

Keep your credentials safe — actions taken through your account are treated as yours.

Prices state their currency: the Chinese site in TWD (NT$), the English site in USD (US$). These are independent price lists, not live conversions.

Your bank may add foreign transaction or conversion fees. We cannot control or refund those.

Your card statement will show "LANTR".

All prices include applicable taxes, if any.

• Resell our eSIM profiles or share QR codes with third parties.
• Place bulk orders through automated means or attempt to bypass quantity limits.
• Use the service for unlawful purposes or in breach of local telecoms regulations.

We may close accounts for breaches and stop fulfilling undelivered orders, refunding those.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running, but cannot guarantee connectivity at any given time or place — that depends on local carrier coverage and load.

We are not liable for indirect losses from lack of connectivity, such as missed flights or lost work. Our liability is capped at what you paid for that order.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may amend these terms. Amendments take effect when published and are not retroactive — your order follows the version in force when you placed it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from the service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.

Nothing in these terms removes rights that the consumer protection laws of your place of residence give you and that cannot be waived by contract.
